I've been sick. Last night was particularly hellish.
Saw Hereditary. I'm glad there's many horror films in recent years that star great actresses. Us game to my mind when I finished watching it. No, 2018 was last year, not seven years go >:(

Drew Judex and poodle. René Cresté is hard to draw.
(I have a poodle OC. His name is Johnny. I miss drawing him...)
Clip from aWilliam Russell interview from 1961, when he went on tour with the Old Vic in the USSR. Via
unwillingadventurer, they posted it a year ago and I missed it completely. Probably the oldest BtS footage I've seen of him.
Under the cut, the continuation of the fanperson meme I started and never finished. Oops.
What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had related to your fandom(s)?
The Classic Doctor Who Twitch streams were a blast. People were genuinely having fun.
Have you ever traveled to a location specifically because it was featured or related to your fandom(s)?
If Van Gogh is a fandom, then yes. If not, then no (but I can simulate the locarion by going to the nearest quarry lol).
Can you share about a time when fandom helped you through a difficult period?
I don't think the fandom itself helped, but the media certainly did. Doctor Who helped baby!me survive a particularly hard adolescence.
What’s the longest you’ve ever waited in line for an event or release related to fandom?
Comic Con, probably.
Have you had the chance to meet any of the actors, musicians, authors, or creators from your fandom(s)?
No :'( Ncuti, come to Portugal, I want to give you a hug.
What’s the most treasured piece of merchandise you have that’s related to fandom?
All of it, because it's lucky that it was even being sold here. Most of it are comics.
Okay fine, the rerelease copy of Human Nature (the VNA).
Do you remember the first item you ever collected or received related to fandom?
A Ninth Doctor Titan comic.
What’s the most exciting fan event or panel you’ve attended?
Comic Con, because it was big.
Have you participated in any challenges, collaborations, or competitions within fandom?
There was this Barbara/Ian zine. I didn't get in, but I submitted a piece of (very bad) art.
How did you feel the first time you saw your favorite character, band, or actor in person?
I didn't!
Have any of your family or friends become fans because of your influence? What was that like?
An old friend likes the Tenth Doctor, but usually my likes and my friends' likes are very, very different. And the less said about my mother's opinions on the things I like, the better.
What’s the most emotional moment you’ve had as a fan within your community?
Did I cry when Ian showed up in The Power of the Doctor? Yes, of course I did.

Oh, that's very cool! Thanks for the link! And Barbara Jefford - funnily enough I'm listening to a 199(1?) radio play with her in at the moment, but I've never seen her young in anything at all. (I mainly know her as Aunt Lydia in the 1990s drama House of Eliott).
