Brain combined chapter 1 of Teleny* (which may or may not have been written by Oscar Wilde) and Paganini's violin concertos. No idea where it's going, but it sure is going somewhere!

*Apparently there's some heavy subject matter in later chapters. Only read the first one a few months ago and got distracted by other things.
